55 x 50* Co-Extruded Fender
Our highly specialised techniques and tooling allow us to produce fenders that are co-extruded, thus gaining the benefits of several compounds in a single extruded profile. We can produce co-extruded fenders with multiple colours, dual hardness and specialty compounds for various applications.
Our 55 x 50 Co-Extruded Fender combines two materials with different hardness levels and colours. The grey top of the fender is 95 degree duro non-marking marine grade flexible PVC for superior impact absorption. It contains anti-microbial additives and UV stabilisers for longevity. The black base of the fender is impact modified marine grade rigid PVC with UV stabilisers. This rigid base eliminates the need for an aluminium fixing strap, which makes installation quicker and easier.
